Individual Application for Dormitory via Paper Form

  1. Visit the Housing Service Section (HSS) counter to collect the paper application form.
  2. Fill in the paper form and submit it to the HSS. After receiving approval, the counter will stamp it and assign a dormitory bed.
  3. Submit the paper documents to the Student Assistance Section (SAS) for billing purposes.
  4. Take the paper documents to the Finance Section for payment.
  5. After completing the payment, return the upper part of the paper to the SAS and the lower part to the HSS.
