Individual Application for Dormitory via Paper Form
- Visit the Housing Service Section (HSS) counter to collect the paper application form.
- Fill in the paper form and submit it to the HSS. After receiving approval, the counter will stamp it and assign a dormitory bed.
- Submit the paper documents to the Student Assistance Section (SAS) for billing purposes.
- Take the paper documents to the Finance Section for payment.
- After completing the payment, return the upper part of the paper to the SAS and the lower part to the HSS.
