112學年暑住時間為6/23(日)~9/4(三)

1.暑假住宿申請於113年6月1日開始，至113年6月17日截止，有需要暑宿的同學，可至櫃台領取表單申請。請於規定時間完成申請，以保障住宿權益，如超過公告時間將不予受理。

2.請務必在平日8:00-20:00到櫃台給老師確認後，再續跑其他流程。

3.完成申請及繳費後，請至宿舍櫃檯給老師申請單下聯及收據，未繳交者視同未申請。

4.暑住房將於6/24(一)公告於住服組官網，暑住生需在6/25(二)~6/30(日)之間更換好床位。

The summer accommodation period for year 2024 is from June 23rd (Sunday) to September 4th (Wednesday).

1、Summer accommodation applications will be open from June 1st 2024 until June 17th 2024. Students who require summer accommodation can collect application forms from the counter.

Please complete the application within the specified period to ensure accommodation rights. Applications submitted after the specified period will not be accepted.

2、Please ensure to visit the counter during weekdays from 8:00 to 20:00 to confirm with the teacher before proceeding with other formalities.

3、Upon completion of the application and payment, please visit the dormitory counter to collect a copy of the application form and receipt from the teacher.Failure to make payment will be considered as not having applied.

4、Room assignments for summer accommodation will be announced on the Housing Service Team's website on June 24th (Monday). Summer residents are required to change their beds between June 25th (Tuesday) and June 30th (Sunday).

学年暦112年の夏季宿泊は6月23日（日）から9月4日（水）までです。

1.夏季宿泊の申請は、学年暦113年6月1日から6月17日まで受け付けます。夏季宿泊が必要な学生は、カウンターで申請用紙を受け取ってください。指定された期間内に申請を完了してください。期間を過ぎると受付できませんのでご注意ください。

2.申請を行う際には、平日の8:00から20:00の間に先生に確認を取り、その後他の手続きを行ってください。

3.申請と費用の支払いが完了したら、寮のカウンターで先生から申請書のコピーと領収書を受け取ってください。未納の場合は申請が無効とみなされます。

4.夏季宿泊の寮の部屋割りは6月24日（月）に住居サービスチームのウェブサイトで公開されます。夏季宿泊生は6月25日（火）から6月30日（日）の間にベッドを交換してください。

Thời gian ở kỳ nghỉ hè năm học 2024 là từ ngày 23/6 (Chủ nhật) đến ngày 4/9 (Thứ Ba).

1、Đăng ký ở kỳ nghỉ hè sẽ bắt đầu từ ngày 1/6 và kết thúc vào ngày 17/6 năm 2024. Những học sinh cần ở kỳ nghỉ hè có thể đến quầy nhận biểu mẫu đăng ký. Vui lòng hoàn thành việc đăng ký trong thời gian quy định để bảo vệ quyền lợi, không chấp nhận đăng ký sau thời gian đã thông báo.

2、Vui lòng đến quầy vào giờ hành chính từ 8:00 đến 20:00 để xác nhận với giáo viên trước khi tiếp tục các bước khác.

3、Sau khi hoàn thành việc đăng ký và thanh toán, vui lòng đến quầy ở để nhận bản sao của giấy đăng ký và biên nhận từ giáo viên. Những ai không thanh toán sẽ bị coi là không đăng ký.

4、Phòng ở cho kỳ nghỉ hè sẽ được công bố trên trang web của đội dịch vụ ktx vào ngày 24/6 (Thứ Hai). Những sinh viên ở kỳ nghỉ hè cần thay đổi giường trong khoảng thời gian từ ngày 25/6 (Thứ Ba) đến ngày 30/6 (Chủ Nhật).
