Group Accommodation Application Guidelines

Two months before the event:

1. Please download the "Advance Application Form" and submit it to the Housing Service Section after completion.
2. After approval, a 20% deposit (reservation fee) is required to be paid to the Cashier Section.
3. Submit the receipt and the advance application form back to the Housing Service Section.

Two weeks before the event:

1. Download the "Group Short-Term Accommodation Application Form," fill it out, and submit it to the Housing Service Section.
2. After review, the remaining fees must be paid at the Cashier Section.
3. Submit the receipt and the application form to the Housing Service Section.

In case of any changes or modifications required in the application, please fill out the "Application Amendment Form.
