一、the purpose: In order to strengthen the prevention and control of tuberculosis and other infectious diseases on campus and maintain the health of faculty, staff and students across the school。
二.、Legal basis: (一) Short-term stay health examination: 1. Article 8 of the School Health Law。 2. Article 6 of the Enforcement Rules of the School Health Law。 3. Article 36 of the Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases。 4. Point 6 of "Key Points for Examination of Educational Professionals and Students from Mainland China Coming to Taiwan to Engage in Educational Activities"。 (二) Residence health examination: 1. Articles 11 and 24 of the Immigration and Immigration Act。 2. Article 11 of the Regulations on Stay, Residence and Permanent Residence of Foreigners。 3. Article 5 of the Implementation Rules of Foreign Passport and Visa Regulations。 4.Article 10 of the Measures for People from Mainland China to Come to Taiwan to Study in Colleges and Universities Above Junior College。
三、mplementation objects: (一) Short-term trainees, exchange students or teachers: foreign faculty students (including Chinese language and literature students), overseas students, students from Hong Kong and Macao who have come to Taiwan to study for more than 3 months and less than 6 months, and students who have come to Taiwan to study for more than 2 months Students from mainland China who are less than 6 months old (such as exchange students)。 (二) Foreign teaching students, overseas students, and people from mainland China, Hong Kong and Macao who have come to Taiwan to study for more than 6 months。

六、Inspection notes: (一) You can complete the above-mentioned examination items at a qualified hospital in your home country within 3 months before coming to Taiwan。 The language must be translated into Chinese or English and verified by the Chinese embassy office abroad before being brought to Taiwan for admission. Please note when checking in。 (二) If it has not been done in your home country, please obtain the "Measles and German Measles Vaccination Certificate" in your home country first。 if you cannot obtain the certificate, go to the designated hospital for examination as soon as possible within 14 days after arriving in Taiwan, and have the examination Report to school health center (S113).
